EULA - End User License Agreement

Licensing Agreement for using Peter's XML Editor (version 1.1)

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and Peter Reynolds regarding use of the software accompanying this Agreement ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using Peter's XML Editor (version 1.1) . If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

This license agreement does not automatically apply to future versions of the program.

The Software is provided to you free of charge. Should you accept the terms of this agreement, Peter Reynolds will grant you the personal and non-exclusive right to install and use the software.

The Software or any other materials provided in this package may not be modified in any way. The Software is available as freeware and may be redistributed.

No parts of The Software or other files provided in this package may be reproduced in part or in whole. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
